This paper looks at the major factors affecting Kosovo and the Balkan region following the suspension of the NATO air campaign, Operation Allied Force in June 1999. It examines the various aspects of the military, diplomatic and economic issues that have arisen since the end of the campaign, including the process of post-conflict reconstruction.
