Publication

This paper examines the government elected in Germany in October 1998. The author details the coalition between the Social Democratic Party and the Green Party and explains the political ascent of Social Democratic Chancellor Gerhard Schröder. Furthermore, the paper comments on the development of both governing parties and sheds light on their expected priorities.
