This book contains five model laws in the field of defense and security for the State Union of Serbia and Montenegro. The first draft regulates procedures and instruments for the democratic and civilian control of the Serbia and Montenegro army. The other model laws relate to the Supreme Defense Council, civilian service, classifying and handling classified information of relevance to national defense, and private security-related services.
