Publication

This paper addresses questions concerning the policy implications of proliferation and counterproliferation of nuclear weapons among Third World states in the early 1990s. Further, the author discusses the likelihood of nuclear threats posed by countries such as North Korea, Libya, Iraq, Iran and Syria.
