Publication

This report presents discussions held in Brussels prior to the 2-4 April 2008 NATO Bucharest Summit. Priorities include an assessment of the situation in Afghanistan and Kosovo, operational sustainability, possible future NATO enlargement (especially in the Balkans), NATO’s response to threats such as cybersecurity, coordination of intelligence and counterterrorism efforts, missile defense and the enhancement of global partnerships.
