This two-part report explores the US foreign policy trends that are likely to remain relevant after the departure of the Obama administration. The first four chapters of the text deal with the conceptual, doctrinal, and domestic influences that shape the broader arc of US policy, while the next four sections speculate on the post-2016 direction of American power in the Arctic, the Baltic region, the Middle East, etc.
