This paper argues that threats posed by terrorism, cybersecurity, Russian assertiveness and a decreased US role in Europe have increased European countries' demand for arms. The authors then highlight how this trend has resulted in a marked increase in Israeli defense exports to European countries, how this will likely continue and what impact this development could have on Israel’s relations with Russia.
