This text speculates on G7 economic cooperation during Donald Trump’s ‘America first’ presidency. In order to ensure macroeconomic collaboration while taking US constraints into account, the text’s authors advise G7 members to pursue a trade agenda that mixes bilateral and plurilateral free trade agreements.
