Publication

This issue of the NATO School Polaris Quarterly discusses a variety of security issues related to NATO activities in Europe and beyond. The authors examine such issues as cooperation between NATO and the EU, the role of intelligence analysis in asymmetric warfare, arms control and uncontrolled arms, the role of civil and military cooperation within NATO, and the national development of Afghanistan after 11 September 2001.
