Publication

This report summarizes the roundtable discussions on developments in the field of security and defense technology including trans-Atlantic interoperability, funding and civil-military cooperation. Among the topics discussed are work by the European Defence Agency (EDA) to form a common set of R&T priorities for member states; harmonization of European radio spectrums to ensure emergency first-responders have adequate access to communications technology; and improvement of EU-NATO cooperation within the realm of defense technology.
