This brief features the text of a speech given by Olympic Committee member Dick Pound on the transnational system that’s been developed to deal with doping in sports, including the testing and dispute resolution mechanisms that have been put in place. Pound also discusses the particular problems created by doping for international sporting bodies, as well as his attempts to implement anti-doping policies.
