Given the American intelligence community’s findings that Russia did indeed interfere in the US’ 2016 presidential elections, this bulletin analyzes the implications of Moscow’s actions for the new Trump administration. In addition to the tensions over the Office of the Director of National Intelligence’s report, the text’s author wonders whether the ongoing investigations into some of Trump’s key advisors may stoke a long-term conflict between the White House and the US intelligence community.
