This report offers a Positive Peace framework for conceptualizing, tracking, and supporting key drivers of peace. The framework 1) includes eight 'pillars of positive peace', which include equitable resource distribution, free flows of information, and high levels of human capital as essential elements of a peaceful society, and 2) provides a tangible metric for policymakers, researchers, and corporations as they pursue effective monitoring and evaluation practices.
