According to this analysis, the UN Advisory Group of Experts isn’t too keen on the world body’s Peacebuilding Commission and the way it goes about promoting peace. They believe it should abandon its intergovernmental approach for one that involves greater participation by interested stakeholders and the private sector, even if the adjustment negatively impacts near-term donor economic assistance.
