This directory highlights the capacity-building and assistance programs that African States can rely on in order to thwart the spread and use of chemical, biological, nuclear and radiological weapons. More specifically, the directory provides brief descriptions of the programs that are available, identifies relevant points of contact, and lists projects or programs that are geared for African states.
