Publication

This paper provides an update of Lowy Institute Paper 18, "Second thoughts on globalization." The author looks at how the predicted process has evolved since the earlier paper was written. He concludes that developments have been broadly consistent with the hypothesis presented in the preceding paper of an ongoing rethink in the developed world regarding the implications of globalization.
