This paper highlights the results of a roundtable discussion that focused on the possibility of further integrating the Eurasian Economic Union and the European Union together, at least economically. Those who advocate such connectivity see it as a way to maintain some type of dialogue with a now more confrontational Russia. Within this spirit, the paper’s authors close by recommending ways to facilitate stronger economic links between the two regional organizations.
