This paper presents the results of a Network of Southern Think Thanks (NeST) workshop that focused on updating the NeST analytical framework used to evaluate South-South Cooperation (SSC). The participants ultimately aligned on 20 indicators, organized into five dimensions, which policymakers and researchers can use to evaluate the effectiveness of SSC.
