Publication

This publication examines and compares ballot access requirements for presidential candidates in all US states. The authors come to the conclusion that some state regulations may lead to the exclusion of serious candidates, which is against principles of participation, representation and equality. The authors urge these states to look at examples of other states and to change their regulations.
