This report presents the complexity of the Iranian strategy including its nuclear program. Using a systemic approach to conflict theory the author disaggregates the "binary confrontation pattern" into a model of three distinct conflict systems. These are then used to suggest possible counterstrategies for working toward the resolution of the issue.
