This paper examines the issues of Kaliningrad enclave. It gives an overview of the problem and highlights Russia's position. Further, the author analyzes the most popular myths about transit to the enclave and concludes with a series of suggestions about the possible directions of the Polish and the EU policy on Kaliningrad.
