This publication analyzes the ongoing Brexit negotiations between the EU-27 and the UK. More specifically, it examines 1) the role of the Irish-British border in Northern Ireland in the negotiations; 2) the lack of consensus in Parliament regarding what form the UK's exit from the EU should take; 3) several scenarios on the possible outcomes of the negotiations and their implications over the medium term; and more.
