Publication

This report summarizes the proceedings of a February 2008 workshop assessing progress on the present phase of the Breaking Global Deadlocks project, planning for the next two-year phase and looking ahead to possible future initiatives. Discussion centered mainly on evaluating past initiatives in global governance and promising possibilities for future work.
