This report covers relevant developments since the May 2008 Director General report to the Board of Governors on the implementation of the NPT Safeguards Agreement and relevant provisions of Security Council resolutions 1737,1747 and 1803 in Iran. It includes updates on enrichment-related and reprocessing activities, heavy water reactor-related projects, implementation issues and possible military dimensions. Contrary to the decisions of the Security Council, the report concludes that Iran has not suspended its enrichment-related activities.
