This paper discusses the legacy of the Partisan-Chetnik Conflict in Yugoslavia during World War II and its effects on the politics of 21st Century ex-Yugoslavia. The author maintains that historically, all parties to the conflict deserve some blame. The author argues that political platforms who use the conflict's legacy are acting counterproductive to the process of national reconciliation, and advocates instead that the conflict's study be left to historians.
