This publication discusses the relationship between India and the Philippines in the areas of security and economics. It covers the agreements on defense cooperation and scientific and technological cooperation as well as initiatives to sustain and consolidate cultural ties between the two countries. The report highlights weaknesses in the implementation of different bilateral agreements but argues that the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) can deepen integration.
