This publication discusses India’s drive toward connectivity with Southeast Asia on two different fronts: India-Myanmar land networks and the Delhi-Hanoi rail network. It discuses aviation agreements signed at the 13th ASEAN Transport Minister Meeting and the 'open skies' policy endorsed at the second Indian-ASEAN summit. It concludes that new links will help India integrate into Southeast Asia and offer it decisive and strategic advantages.
