This publication discusses the Indo-Russian military relationship and, specifically, Russia's inadequacies in meeting India's defense equipment procurement needs. It explains some crucial problems afflicting the Russian arms industry and how they affect the Indian supplies. The report outlines lessons to be learned as well as potential bilateral projects in shipbuilding and titanium mining.
