This text looks at how industrial cooperation in the defense sector might enhance EU-India security cooperation. More specifically, the paper looks at 1) the nature of the European defense market as a whole; 2) possible areas of cooperation between Europe’s defense-technology-industrial base and India; 3) the potential drivers behind the cooperation; and 4) how to stimulate European defense industry investments in India.
