Publication

This paper calls for a new US policy on Iraq and the Middle East in general. It examines questions such as: where do Americans want US-Iraq relations to be in five years; can the US and Iraq enjoy a friendly relationship without such a deep commitment of American forces and resources; and where does Iraq fit in America's strategic interests and agenda.
