This report issued by the Managing Global Insecurity (MGI) Project assesses ways to build a cooperative international order based on responsible sovereignty. It argues that global leaders must act across four different tracks: Restoring credible US leadership, revitalizing international institutions, tackling shared threats and focusing on the broader Middle East. The report concludes with a timeline for action and a set of recommendations.
