Publication

This publication addresses the relationship of the EU with its northern neighbors Russia, Norway and Iceland. It discusses topics such as the Barents regional collaboration as well as best practices in fisheries management in the Norwegian-Russian cooperation. The authors address the experiences of environmental cooperation between the Nordic countries and Russia and assess the Northern Dimension Partnership in public health and social well-being. The publication analyzes the prospects for new energy and public–private partnerships in northern European cooperation.
