This report provides an overview of the third Composite Dialogue between India and Pakistan and its review by the two foreign secretaries on November 2006. It outlines elements of the Composite Dialogue such as peace and security, confidence building measures, Jammu and Kashmir, terrorism and drug trafficking. It also covers discussions on economic and commercial cooperation and promotion of friendly exchanges in various areas.
