This report outlines different scenarios for political change in North Korea. It discusses how these scenarios would present the US and the neighboring states with challenges and dilemmas that, depending on how events were to unfold, could grow in size and complexity. The authors argue that vital interests are at stake for all concerned and conclude by offering recommendations for US policy.
