Publication

This paper presents the participatory review of the Ikafe settlement program in northwest Uganda. The review outlines the activities of those involved in the project from 1994 until its interruption by violence, which forced staff to be evacuated and most refugees to flee. The paper also features sections on methodology and lessons learned.
