Publication

This text discusses 1) the EU’s ongoing engagement in Northeast Asia, 2) South Korea’s North Asia Peace and Cooperation Initiative (NAPCI), and 3) the possibility for further cooperation between the EU and Korea. As part of his analysis, the author highlights the various platforms South Korea might use to open multilateral dialogue and promote cooperation in its region.
