This issue of the African Journal on Conflict Resolution (AJCR) discusses issues of conflict, environment, justice and conflict mediation. Chapters address the effectiveness of regional organizations in conflict mediation, the impact of conflict on the environment in Lesotho, and alternative justice approaches for Rwanda. The final chapter analyzes the origins of Zimbabwe's socio-economic crisis.
