This issue of the African Journal on Conflict Resolution (AJCR) discusses a local conflict mediation initiative in Cameroon and the role of women in the Inter-Congolese Dialogue (ICD). It also assesses the relationship between the government and the armed forces of Zimbabwe. The final chapter evaluates the effectiveness of South Africa's labor dispute mechanism.
