This paper discusses post-conflict dynamics in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) and focuses in particular on the pursuit of justice. It reviews the conflict's history, details transitional justice measures and discusses the International Criminal Court's proceedings in the DRC. It concludes that the systematic transformation of conflictual relations, central to any vision of transitional justice, remains distant.
