This report summarizes the discussions from an event focusing on solutions to NATO's solidarity crisis. It lists eight key dilemmas for NATO's future identity, including reduced political relevance and a diminished capability to act in light of the financial crisis; energy and resource scarcity as among the greatest security challenges; and driving a consensus on this issue of nuclear proliferation.
