This paper reports on an evaluation to assess the impact of ex-combatant policy dialogue workshops on stakeholders. The author looks at ex-combatants to determine whether policy dialogue workshops are good ways of advancing the causes and concerns of ex-combatants. The results of the evaluation suggest that the project achieved its outcomes to a significant extent. The author identifies shortcomings and recommendations to strengthen the effectiveness, efficiency, appropriateness and impact of the project.
