This booklet shows that to reduce corruption levels within the South African Police Services (SAPS), management at all levels must play an active role in their respective jurisdictions. The authors offer advice on ways to promote pride, professionalism and integrity among people at various police stations. The booklet provides a framework for police integrity and management, and discusses the role of motivation to build a positive work environment. It highlights the importance of police accountability and concludes by emphasizing community cooperation.
