This bulletin probes the legal and diplomatic implications of President Trump’s proposal to relocate the US Embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem. It concludes that the policy reversal would most probably launch a new period of regional instability and raise a number of legal questions, particularly in relation to past UNSC resolutions.
