This bulletin highlights the ongoing struggle to maintain positive bilateral Russo-Israeli relations despite their opposing strategic interests. While enhanced cooperation with Russia may adversely affect relations with Israel’s other partners, the bulletin’s author argues that the nature and intensity of bilateral cooperation between Israel and Russia will largely depend on the policies of the new US administration and future developments in Syria.
