This report provides 55 concrete recommendations on how to improve the global system for refugees and internally displaced persons (IDPs). More specifically, these recommendations focus on how to 1) mobilize political will at local, national and international levels to bring about change in the global system for refugees; 2) strengthen responsibility sharing for refugees and IDPs between states; 3) improve the protection of refugees and IDPs; 4) build a solid financial base for UN agencies and other organizations working with refugees, and more.
