This manual is the product of research and discussions involving Asian, European and US experts from government, industry, international organizations, and the non-government sector. It is divided into two parts. The first section looks at a range of strategies and methods for facilitating strategic trade control (STC) outreach by governments and other stakeholders. The second part addresses the development of internal industry STC compliance programs.
