Accosing to this text's authors, there has long been a generational divide in South Korea over how to deal with the North. Indeed, only 45% of the country’s youth now believe in Korean reunification. That doesn’t mean, however, that they’re indifferent to the growing threat posed by the DPRK, as illustrated by Kim Jong Nam’s recent assassination. In fact, the authors think the murder provides South Korea’s youth with an opportunity to forge a bipartisan consensus on how to deal with Kim Jong Un’s regime.
