The articles in this edition of the CTC Sentinel focus on 1) the July 2017 terrorist plot, in which two brothers based in Sydney, Australia, planned to bomb an Etihad flight to Abu Dhabi as well as carry out a poison gas attack within Australia; 2) jihadi terrorist convictions in Belgium since 1990 and what they can reveal about terrorist recidivism; and 3) the links between far-right extremism in Ukraine and the US.
