This publication features six essays on 1) Canada’s approach to addressing cyber security risks and how this fits into broader international efforts; 2) the US federal system’s impact on American cyber policy, including how impedes policy progress; 3) cyber security governance in Australia and how the country has avoided centralization in this area; 4) the cyber-related vulnerabilities of Canada’s critical infrastructure systems as demonstrated by its nuclear power industry; 5) the actors and institutional arrangements involved in the international governance of cybercrime; and 6) why non-governmental organizations should be more involved in Canada’s cyber security efforts.
