Publication

The nine articles in this edition of Connections journal focuses on two broad topics. The first five pieces focus on the emerging security challenges posed by advances in sensors, communications, computing, nano- and bio-technologies, along with the new strategies, operational concepts and policies that will inevitably follow in their wake. The remaining four texts then focus on hybrid warfare, the role of non-state actors in the Russia-Ukraine conflict, and the potential problems cyber operations pose for NATO.
